Darin Douglas Cutcher, a cherished husband, father, brother, and grandfather, passed away on Monday, June 2nd, 2025, at the age of 62. A resident of Pasadena, Maryland, Darin was born on Saturday, September 15th, 1962, in Baltimore, Maryland, to the late Harry Hilton Cutcher III and Pearl Agnes Cutcher. His sense of humor, intelligence, and solid values left an indelible mark on everyone who knew him.
A devoted family man, Darin is survived by his loving wife, Marjorie "Margie" Cutcher, of Pasadena, MD. He was a proud father to his three sons: Christopher Cutcher (Melissa), Timothy Cutcher (Leann), and Jason Cutcher. Darin's legacy lives on in the laughter and joy of his cherished granddaughter, Mila Cutcher Bortner. He is also lovingly remembered by his siblings, Deborah Pfau, Harry Hilton Cutcher, IV, and Dennis Cutcher (Dorothy).
Darin dedicated 32 years of his life as a Lead Foreman at C.R. Daniels, where he was known for his hard work, leadership, and loyalty. Outside of work, he found peace in the simplicity of the great outdoors, enjoying fishing, crabbing, and hunting. Darin had a penchant for manicuring his yard, raking twigs, and cutting grass, endeavors he found therapeutic and fulfilling. Above all, Darin treasured spending quality time with his family and friends, fostering a close-knit community bound by laughter and love.
In honor of his life, family and friends will gather for a memorial service at Stallings Funeral Home in Pasadena, Maryland, on Tuesday, June 10th, 2025. A visitation will be held from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm, followed by the memorial service from 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm. These services offer a moment to celebrate Darin’s life, recounting the many ways he touched others with his generous spirit and unwavering loyalty.
Darin was not just a friend, father, brother, or husband; he was a man who profoundly impacted his community and family with his kindness and caring nature. His memory will forever live in the hearts and stories of those who had the privilege of knowing him. May he rest in peace, reunited with his beloved parents in eternity.
