Cynthia Sink

It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Cynthia Sue Sink, a beloved mother, grandmother, sister, and friend, who passed away peacefully on Wednesday, November 5th, 2025, at the age of 81.

Cindy was born on Sunday, October 22nd, 1944, in Union City, Indiana, to the late Kenneth Sipe and Alice Mason Sipe Jenkins. She later moved to Pasadena, Maryland, where she resided for over 51 wonderful years.

A creative spirit, Cindy dedicated her professional life to the field of graphic design, using her talents to bring ideas to life. She was a proud and active member of the Order of the Eastern Star #29 in Odenton, achieving the title of Worthy Matron in the 1990s, a testament to her leadership and commitment to community service.

Her life was enriched by a love for camping, cherished vacations at Myrtle Beach, and, in her younger years, a passion for golf and skiing. She was an ardent sports fan, deeply devoted to supporting the Ravens and the Orioles. A lover of animals, her two pugs held a special place in her heart.

Cindy's greatest joy came from her family. She is survived by her sons, Todd A. Sink and his wife Christie, and Jason A. Sink and his wife Kristen. Cindy was a doting grandmother to Tyler, Marissa, Maria, Tyson, Maci, Aryn, and Cameron, as well as a proud great-grandmother to Charlotte, Emma, Taylor, and Tyler, Jr. She is also survived by her dear sister, Shirley Sipe-Wine, sister-in-law, Donna Sipe, and many nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Stephen Alan Sink, who was her partner in life and love, as well as her brother, Don Edward Sipe.

Family and friends are invited to gather for a visitation on Saturday, November 15th, 2025, from 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm at Stallings Funeral Home in Pasadena, Maryland. A funeral service will follow at 5:00 pm, where we will celebrate Cindy’s life and the joy she brought to those around her.

Cindy's warm heart, creative spirit, and joyful presence will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
