Clara Belle Wilson, 89, of Pasadena, Maryland, passed away on April 7, 2022 in Annapolis, Maryland.
Clara Belle was born on October 30, 1932 in Baltimore, Maryland to the late Lillie Belle (Cox) and Richard Thomas Sylvia.
Clara Belle drove a school bus for more than 30 years in Anne Arundel County. She retired from PEDCO INC. in 1997. She was a loving daughter, sister, mother, aunt, grandmother, and a friend to many. In short, Clara Belle was a firecracker in her youth and that did not fade much with time. Her laugh and orneriness was contagious and she cherished time with family and friends.
Clara Belle is survived by her daughter, Clara May (Vic) Carter; son, David (Amy) Wilson; 3 brothers, R. Thomas (Dolores) Sylvia, Donald Sylvia, and James Sylvia; 2 sisters, Lois (Bill) Jubb and Shirley (Bobby) Ketterman; 8 grandchildren; and 3 great-grandchildren.
Clara Belle is preceded in death by her son, Bobby E. Wilson, Jr.; 3 sisters, Pearl (Puddin) Wright, Maude (John) Kenworth, Betty Garnet and her sister-in-law, Trudy Sylvia.
