Charles Hodges, 78, a 49 year resident of Pasadena and formerly of Baltimore died on Friday, April 16, 2021 at Genesis Health Care in Severna Park.
He was born on June 17, 1942 in Baltimore, MD to the late Charles and Madelyn Hodges.
Mr. Hodges was a printer for over 50 years first for Port City Press and the The John D. Lucas Printing Company.
He volunteered as a Havenwood Little League Manager and Umpire. He loved sports especially his Maryland Orioles, Terps and Ravens. He also enjoyed family vacations and visiting the beach in Ocean City.
In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by 1 brother and 4 sisters.
He is survived by his wife of 59 years, Georgeann Hodges, his children; John Hodges and his wife Patricia, Shari Smitley and her husband Fred, Jr., and Brian Hodges and his wife Sabrina, his brothers; Julius and Joseph Hodges, sister; Gerrie George, grandchildren; Tabitha, John, Jennifer, Sophia, Julian, and Stella, and great-grandchildren Brooke and Billy (Bub).
Friends may visit on Friday, April 23, 2021 from 1:00 to 3:00 PM at the Stallings Funeral Home where a memorial service will begin at 3:00 PM. Interment private. Memorial contributions may be made to the charity of your choice.
