Catherine Diaz-Serrano

Catherine Elizabeth Diaz-Serrano, 65, a life long resident of Baltimore, MD, died on Tuesday, September 3, 2024 at her residence.

She  was born on Saturday, May 9th, 1959 in Maryland to the late Charles and Elizabeth Lessner.  Mrs. Diaz-Serrano worked as a nurse in her younger years and enjoyed helping people.  Later she cared for her parents as they aged, her children, and her grandchildren, even raising some of them.

In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her daughter Angel Joy.

She is survived by her husband of 29 years, Agustin Diaz-Serrano; her daughter Victoria Joy; her son Anthony Praharnpap; her brothers Robert W. Lessner, Charles C. Lessner, Jr., and John J. Lessner; her sister Charlotte Ann Poppish; her grandchildren Sarah, Stephanie, Justin, Anthony, Dominick, Damien, and Angel; and 9 great grandchildren.
