Catherine Barbara (Myers) Collins

Catherine Barbara Collins, 78, a 9 year resident of New Oxford, PA and formerly of Baltimore, MD, died at her home on November 16, 2021.

Mrs. Collins was born on April 17, 1943 in Baltimore, MD to the late John and Mary Myers. She most recently worked at Collins & Son Service Station where she was also a co-owner. Prior to that, she helped run her family's business, Glen Burnie Cycle, from 1965 to 1987. Catherine was also a member of her local IBEW Union. Outside of work, her biggest passion was her family. Whether it was fishing, fossil collecting at Calvert Cliffs, or getting lost on road trips, she loved spending time with her son and grandson. She was loved and will be missed by many.

In addition to her parents, Mrs. Collins is preceded in death by her beloved husband of 42 years, Patrick Collins, and sisters, Madaline Conaway and Geraldine Morgan. She is survived by her son, Patrick Collins, Jr., and his companion, Kathy Solence; brother, John Myers; sisters, Debbie Pizzini and Beverly Daniel; and grandson, Patrick Collins, III.

A graveside service will take place on Friday, November 19 at 2:00 p.m. at Oak Lawn Cemetery, 7225 Eastern Ave, Baltimore, MD 21224.
