Blanche Fullagar, 76, a lifelong resident of Glen Burnie, MD, died at her home on January 23, 2021.
Mrs. Fullagar was born on January 22, 1945 in Baltimore, MD to the late Robert and Alvear Larkins. She worked in the banking industry and, outside of work, enjoyed playing games, especially Bingo, Chess, Solitaire, and cards of any kind.
In addition to her parents, Blanche is preceded in death by her beloved husband, Allan Richard Fullagar, and sisters, Gail and Patricia Larkins. She is survived by her daughter, Stacey Garber and her husband, Ronald, of Glen Burnie; brother, Clint "Butch" Larkins and his wife, Barbara, of Pennsylvania; sisters, Judy Talley and her husband, James, of Essex, Jackie Stillerman of Essex, and Frances Dunham of Baltimore; 3 grandchildren, Hillary Tipps, Rachael Garber, and Brooke Garber; and 2 great-grandchildren, Henry and Jonah Tipps.
Family and friends may visit on Saturday, January 30 from 3-5 and 7-9 p.m. at Stallings Funeral Home, 3111 Mountain Rd., Pasadena, MD 21122. Interment private.
