Audrey Mae Polczynski, née Bosley, of Glen Burnie, passed away on Friday, 29 May 2020 at the age of 90.
Audrey was born June 11, 1929 in Baltimore, MD to the late Lillian and Samuel Bosley. She enjoyed a long standing career as an Executive Secretary before retiring 25 years ago to travel, explore the country, and spend time with her family whom she adored.
Audrey is preceded in death by her beloved husband, William, whom she was married to for 52 years, and 3 brothers, Samuel Bosley, Howard Bosley, and John Bosley. She is survived by her loving children, Robin Lyate (Frank), Steven Polczynski (Hilda), Lisa Wendling (George), and Leigh Priest (Robert); her cherished grandchildren, Steve Polczynski (Natalie), Kate Lyate, Shelby Polczynski, Alexis Whitmore, Dakota Wendling, and McKenzi Priest; and her beloved great-grandchildren, Steven Rice, Silas Polczynski, Quinton Polczynski, and Levi Polczynski.
Audrey had a strong sense of faith and family and leaves behind a legacy that is everlasting. She was fiercely independent, incredibly generous, and a kind, gentle soul who loved to laugh and have fun with her family and friends. If she met you, she loved you. She was a lifetime sports fan who would always love her Baltimore Colts, her Orioles, and Raves, watching every game as if she was in the stands. She will be missed by everyone whose lives she has touched.
Family and friends may visit on Friday, June 12 from 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at Stallings Funeral Home, 3111 Mountain Rd., Pasadena, MD 21122 where funeral services will begin at 12:30. Interment at Lakemont Memorial Gardens. Please be aware that, due to county-mandated COVID-19 restrictions, Stallings Funeral Home is only allowing 35 people in the building at a time and face masks must be worn while inside.
