It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Annette A. Box, aged 56, who left this world peacefully in her sleep on Tuesday, December 3rd, 2024, in Pasadena, Maryland. Born on Tuesday, October 29th, 1968, in Baltimore, Maryland, Annette was a beacon of light and love to all who knew her.
Annette's life was filled with dedication and passion, both personally and professionally. She graduated from Arch Bishop Spalding High School in 1986, furthered her education with a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County (UMBC), and pursued her masters in science of Pharmacy at the University of Florida. With her vast knowledge and keen attention to detail, she thrived as a Forensic Scientist for over 20 years, contributing immeasurably to her field.
Her love for animals, reading, and drawing enriched her life and the lives of those around her. Annette was a beloved mother, daughter, sister, and aunt, whose warmth and sincerity earned her the admiration and love of her family and friends. She is survived by her loving parents John E. Alchin and JoAnn Alchin; her adoring daughters Kaitlyn L. Box and Kyra A. Box; her cherished sister Paula A. Minor; son in law, Billy Minor; her dear nephew Jonathon Minor; and her beloved dogs, Bella and Link.
In celebration of Annette’s life, her family invites all who knew her to pay their respects at Stallings Funeral Home in Pasadena, Maryland, on Saturday, December 7th, 2024, from 12:00 pm to 4:00 pm. Where a funeral service will follow at the same location at 4:00 pm..
