Anna Mae "Mazie" Chulak, a cherished resident of Pasadena, Maryland, passed away peacefully on Monday, December 22nd, 2025, at the age of 94. Born on a crisp autumn day, Friday, November 20th, 1931, in Chester Springs, Pennsylvania, Mazie brought warmth and joy to everyone who had the privilege to know her.
A devoted homemaker by profession, Mazie dedicated her life to nurturing her family and creating a loving home. Her days were often filled with the simple pleasures she cherished, such as watching television and spending time in the company of her beloved family.
Mazie was preceded in death by her loving parents, Levi Calvin Smith and Clara Smith. She also endured the painful loss of her dear children, Steven S. Chulak, Mark P. Chulak, and Victoria S. Chulak. Her siblings, John C. Smith, Franklin E. Smith, and Dorothy McCalicher, also awaited her in the afterlife.
Mazie's memory will continue to bloom in the hearts of her surviving family members. She leaves behind her devoted daughter, Debra Millsap and her husband Lloyd. Her legacy also lives on through her granddaughter, Erica Millsap and her husband Nick Levandoski, along with her cherished great-grandchildren, Iris and Levi Levandoski.
Family and friends are invited to celebrate Mazie's life at the Stallings Funeral Home in Pasadena, Maryland, on Tuesday, January 6th, 2026. Visitation will begin at 11:00 am, followed by a funeral service officiated by Angel Cleckner at 12:00 pm. Interment will follow at Glen Haven Memorial Park, where Anna will find her final resting place.
