Ann L. (Eckerl) Sanzo

Ann L. Sanzo, 90, a 66 year resident of Pasadena and formerly of Baltimore, passed away Wednesday, April 7, 2021 in her home. 

Mrs. Sanzo was born December 8, 1930 in Baltimore, MD to the late Edward and Mary Eckerl. She worked as a short line cook for 15 years at Shore Carry Out on Mountain Road in Pasadena until it burned down. From there she worked for several other small restaurants. She enjoyed playing bingo, bowling, playing cards and crossword puzzles. Occasionally she enjoyed watching the Baltimore Raven's play football but her most favorite sports team was the Orioles. She was an avid collector of Trolls dolls and baseball cards. 

In addition to her parents, Mrs. Sanzo is preceded in death by her husband of 71 years, Valentine Sanzo, daughter Maria Dixon and 5 siblings. She is survived by her son Victor Sanzo, daughter Deborah Herbert and her husband Chuck, sister Marguerite "Margie" Boudreaux,  grandchildren Danielle Jones and her husband Bill, Jason McMahon, Charlize Herbert, DJ Anderson and great grandson Ian McMahon.
