Marguerite M. Scanlon, 72, a resident of Pasadena for over 40 years, and formerly of Baltimore Highlands, died July 31 at her resident.  She was born on March 4, 1940 in Linthicum to the late Robert and Nadine Flannery Sr. 
  Mrs. Scanlon retired in the early 2000's after over 33 years of service with the UFCW Local #27. She enjoyed flower gardening, shopping, and loved spending time with her family.
  In addition to her parents, Marguerite was preceded in death by her husband of 48 years Joseph E. Scanlon Sr., 2 brothers Robert Flannery Jr. and Norman Bailey, and a sister Barbara Carroll. She is survived by a son Joseph E. Scanlon Jr. of Pasadena, a sister Marylou Romano of Albany NY, 2 grandchildren Ashley Renes of Glen Burnie and Joseph Scanlon III of Pasadena, 3 great grandchildren Jordon, Lily, and Noah.
