  • Dorothy “Dottie” J. Weddle, 81, a resident of Pasadena for 22 years died on June 28, 2012 at her residence.
    Mrs. Weddle was born on June 25, 1931 in Waynesboro, PA to the late Miles and Erma Keckler. She lived in Waynesboro until 1969 when she moved to Bowie, MD where she lived until 1990.
    Mrs. Weddle was a member of Rouzerville United Lutheran Church in Rouzerville, PA.
    She enjoyed caring for others, especially her family. In her younger years she also liked to bowl.
    Mrs. Weddle is survived by her husband of 64 years, Charles A. Weddle, her daughters; Jeanie Lloyd of Severn and Sharon Kreitzer of Severn, 7 grandchildren, and 5 great grandchildren.
    Friends may call on Saturday from 3:00 to 5:00 and 6:00 to 8:00 PM at the Stallings Funeral Home and on Sunday from 1:00 to 2:00 PM at the Grove Bowersox Funeral Home where services will be held at 2:00 PM. Interment Green Hill Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to the animal charity of your choice.
