- Walter “Dee Dee” E. Ahrens, 60 of Eastern Shore, Md. Formally of Pasadena, died Tuesday August 18 2009 at Peninsula Regional Hospital in Salisbury, Md. Born August 9, 1949 in Minnesota to the late Dale & Loretta Ahrens.He was a self employed truck driver. A veteran of the Vietnam War. He enjoyed NASCAR, football, fishing and hunting.Proceeded in death by a brother Gary Ahrens. He is survived by his wife of 20 years Lois A Ahrens 2 daughters, Yolanda Ahrens of Pasadena and Laura A Ahrens- Rebstock of Pasadena, a son Shane Ahrens of Eastern Shore. A brother Rex Lilly of South Carolina and 4 sisters Beverly Hayet of Allentown , Pa., Bonnie Ahrens & Cindy Fetty both of Pasadena and Lindy Lou Lilly of Glen Burnie also survived by 4 grandchildren.Visitation will be offered on Friday from 3-5PM at the Stallings Funeral Home PA 3111 Mountain Road Pasadena Md. where funeral services will be held on Friday at 5PM. Interment private.
